How much are your video services?

Outside of consultations, our minimum level of engagement for any video projects is $500. Due to the nature of video production - many projects need to be custom quoted. We understand that everyone has various budget needs depending on the project and we could work with you on that however $500 is the minimum needed for us to ensure the best quality of work and experience.

How do I book a project?

We want to make communication consistent, smooth, and on time. You can submit an inquiry anytime via our booking page. We now have outreach hours Tuesday - Friday from 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

Any Emails, DMs, on online Inquiries will be answered within 24 hours between these times however meetings can be scheduled outside this window if need be. This is specifically for the inquiry and pre-production process and there are exceptions for urgent/time sensitive projects. Production days and follow ups can be scheduled any day of the week afterwards.

What's the process? How does it work?

We have 4 stages in our production process from inquiry to bringing your project to life.

  1. INQUIRY

    • This is the first stage of starting a project with 22Reform. After the first inquiry - a discovery meeting/call is scheduled to find out your specific needs and build out a scope for your project. (Deliverables and project schedule) We’ll ask you not only about what content you need, but also the creative and branding that fits best for your specific inquiry. Once a scope is created - we’ll send you over a project proposal. If the proposal is approved - a contract and invoice will be sent over shortly to move forward.

    • A deposit and signed contract must be delivered before any pre-production begins. (Including heavy concept development)

  2. PRE-PRODUCTION

    • This is where we actually plan and organize your shoot. Most creative is done in this stage, finding locations, booking talent if need be.

  3. PRODUCTION

    • This is where we actually film your project! Not much to say here. We’ll send a pre-determined amount of time filming your project - any additional hours or content outside of the agreed upon scope is subject to additional charge.

  4. POST PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

    • After the final production day. This is where we complete your project and get it ready for delivery. Post production times ultimately depend on the scope of the project. Our standard delivery time is 14 Days. Faster turnaround times are subject to rush fees. We offer 2 free revisions for every project. Any additional revisions are subject to extra charges at our discretion. (This will be quoted before hand)

    • Once a project is approved. A final payment is required before any assets can be delivered to you.

    • We want to know how we did! We’re always looking for feedback and ways to improve our service. We will send you a review survey after your project is completed. There is no obligation to complete it but we would love any feedback!
